Granted both marriages where on the way to being over it didn’t make Gloria feel any less guilty. Parkers ended not by his actions but by his ex wife’s. The agony of the guilt and not feeling worthy was going to make Gloria miserable and lonely. The saga of getting over the past and making new is hard for anyone. Getting the love and happiness you deserve is worth it all.
