A Lovely Addition to the Mavericks!

They had one night together twelve years ago and since then Cammie Chandler has worked as Dane Harrington’s personal assistant. They agreed that emotions must be kept out of the equation in order for them to be able to work together. She has been stressed when he dated and he has done the same, but neither wants to upset their working relationship. When her uncle, who raised her, is dying from Alzheimer’s she takes a leave of absence. Dane soon realizes that his life, both personal and his work life, are falling apart without her. Cammie misses being with Dane every day, but her uncle needs her. Will they ever admit that they can be both workmates and lovers? After spending some personal time alone in San Francisco, this might be just what they needed to bring them closer together. They get some assistance from Dane’s English butler, Fernsby along with a lovely visit with their friends in the Maverick family. A truly enjoyable romance.
