It irked me that Theo’s family was so adamant about not giving Bee Bee a fair chance in the beginning. They were gun shy because of Amber the awful shrew, but that was unfair to Bee Bee and Theo. For as gruff and harsh as Mr. Cuthbert was, he had a soft spot for Bee Bee and Poppy. Lol. I could shake Theo for his convoluted thinking of presenting Bee Bee as a nanny! Smh! I almost had a fit waiting for Theo to man up to Amber’s threats! The tease at the end about Julianne was ominous? Next book? I voluntarily read an advanced copy and am giving an honest review.
