And I Can Certainly Understand Why
First let me explain that this book is (in a sense) very similar to a contemporary romance of Dr. Dolittle as a younger man. Of course, it’s actually Kate’s friend that talks to the animals, and it’s a good thing that Joe (the mortician) and the sheriff believe it all. But, truly, if you can handle that craziness, then you are in luck. This is a very good story, easy to read, well-written, and very well-told. It’s got some very interesting characters (obviously), but it’s more about solving both a deep mystery and the relationship between Kate and Joe. Grab a copy; you won’t regret it. I voluntarily read and reviewed an author-provided copy of this book.
